We require a credit card on file in order to book any appointment. Because our cancellation policy requires at least 24 hours notice, your card will not be charged until 24 hours before your appointment time.
Steps to book appointment with insurance coverage:
In order to book an appointment using your insurance, you must first verify your coverage with the Lactation Network. You will receive confirmation within 24 hours of verifying.
Once you have received confirmation that your appointment will be covered, select the appointment “In-Home Breastfeeding Assessment – Insurance Coverage” from the appointment list.
